Having a bachelor's degree in arts from Chulalongkorn University, she previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at the library of the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, and the Netherlands.
Spent seven years at Boyden Associates with the final post of Deputy Managing Director. Then in 1992, joined Panya in establishing ESS.

Senior Consultant
A former Journalist in the Philippines, with a university degree in Accounting, he joined ESS in 1993 and directly participates in the entire search activities and major human resources projects.
